notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 7, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-009927 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein LaSalle Bank NA as trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Trough Certificates Series 2005-AR15, Plaintiff and Richard A. Horton and Sheryl A. Horton, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M., July 5, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 502, OF VANDERBILT GULFSIDE II, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 857, PAGE 1477 THROUGH 1536, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
