Notice is given that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Damages dated June 7, 2011 in Case No. 10-7034-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which PREMIER AMERICAN
BANK, N.A., d/b/a FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK is the Plaintiff and TOM & JERRY'S, INC., THOMAS A. PATTERSON, Unknown Tenant #1, and Unknown Tenant #2, STATE OF FLORIDA-DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, and DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the First Floor in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Collier County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on July 5, 2011, the following-described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
The North 1/2 of the West 176' of Block 12, Sunny Acres Subdivision, according to the plat thereof in Plat Book 3, Page 3, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
