NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 28th day of September, 2010, in Civil Action No. 08-05319-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which IREN VARGA DALA, is the Defendant, and HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE OF THE DEUTSCHE ALT-A MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-0A3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Atrium, on the 1st floor Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112., at 11:00 A.m. on the 11 day of July, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT NO. 1004, PHASE II OF SPRINGWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1088, AT PAGE 1564 THROUGH 1652, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED THEREAFTER.
