YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Condominium Association assessment Claim of Lien on the following property owned by you and located in Collier County, Florida:
Condominium Parcel p-201 of Glenmoor Greens, 11, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2290, Page 961, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all recorded and unrecorded amendments thereto. Together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Chene M. Thompson, Esquire, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2030 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33901 within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published one time per week for two consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
