Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2011, entered in Case No. 10-CA-005681 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 11, 2011 beginning at 11:00 a.m., at the FIRST FLOOR ATRIUM, OF THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, located at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34112 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
lot 18, in block 'i”, of lakewood unit no. 1, per map and plat thereof recorded in plat book 12, page 8, of the public records of collier county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. the clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be assessed as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
