Lot 84, of Imperial Golf Estates, Phase II, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 112 through 115, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, First Floor, Atrium Collier County Courthouse, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on July 11, 2011.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
