NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2011, in the above styled cause of action, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the first floor, Atrium, of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on July 11, 2011, the following described property:
Lot 38, Block 4, MARCO HIGHLAND'S ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 91, Public Records of Collier County, Florida (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
