MANNARINO, deceased, File Number 11-564-CP, by the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 413044, Naples, FL 34101-3044; that the decedent's date of death was December 4, 2010; that the total value of the estate is less than $75,000, and that the names of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
