CONDOMINIUM UNIT 9740, OF BUILDING 33, LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14750, AT PAGE 0034, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
and commonly known as: 9740 LAKE CHASE ISLAND WAY, TAMPA, FL 33626-1946; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on July 18, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
