Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 2, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO. 12 IN BUIDING A, OF PALMA CEIA OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4173, BEGINNING AT PAGE 1440 AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 21, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AMENDMENTS THERETO.
and commonly known as: 3109 WEST HORATIO ST # A12, TAMPA, FL 33609; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on July 12, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
