Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered June 2, 2011, in Case Number 2010 CA 021003 in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel No. 1021-C, of the Apollo Beach Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 3913, Page 138, and all amendments thereto, if any, and according to condominium Plat Book 4, Page 23 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with (i) all buildings, improvements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto appertaining, as far as they may now or hereafter during the term of this indenture belong to or be used in connection with the occupancy of any building existing or to be constructed on succh property; (ii) all fixtures, equipment and accessions and attachments thereto now or hereafter attached or used in connection with the operation of such property, and all replacements, additions, and betterments to or of any of the foregoing; (iii) all rights in now existing and hereafter arising easements, rights of way, rights of access, water rights and courses, sewer rights and other rights appertaining thereto; (iv) all as-extracted collateral including without limitation all gas, oil and mineral rights of every nature and kind, all timber to be cut and all other rights appertaining thereto; and (v) all leases, rents and profits therefrom.
