CAPRON; TINA CAPRON A/K/A TINA P. CAPRON; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 201/202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 18th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
the South 155.00 Feet of the North 1200.00 Feet of the East 325.00 Feet of the South 3/4 of the East 1/2 of the Sw 1/4 of Section 17, Township 29 South, Range 22 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, less the East 25 Feet for County Right of Way.
