NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-24007 DIV J UCN: 292009CA024007XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB is Plaintiff and BERNARDO J. MENDEZ, JR. A/K/A BERNARDO J. MENDEZ; KINGSTON COURT VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; UNKNOWN Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 209 of KINGSTON COURT VILLAS, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15637, Page 371, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Page 80, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
