NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-18169 DIV K UCN: 292009CA018169XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and ARLENE G. MORALES A/K/A ARLENE GABRIELA MORALES ESTRADA A/K/A ARLENE GABRIELA MORALES-ESTRADA; RIVER WALK TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; UNKNOWN Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 21st day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 2, MAP OR PLAT ENTITLED “RIVER WALK”, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 276 THROUGH 286, OF THE Public Records of HillsboUrough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
