NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 24, 2011, in the above-styled cause, I will sell the property described below to the highest and best bidder for cash, on July 20, 2011, at 2:00 pm, at: on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida 33602.
Property described as:
LOT 27, BLOCK 12, HERITAGE ISLES PHASE 1 D, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 4 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY.
The highest bidder shall immediately post with the clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. on the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
