LOT 25, BLOCK 1, SOUTHWOOD HILLS UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1019 Pinegrove Drive, Brandon, FL 33511, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602., on July 21, 2011, at 10:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
