NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-11-1300-K of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein TD BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES OR OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING BY OR THROUGH TAMELA JEAN PEREZ, DECEASED; et al., are Defendant(s).
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida at the subject property at public sale on, at 2:00 P.M. on the 21st day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 7 in Block 6, of TEMPLE TERRACE HILLS, UNIT #2, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44 on Page 66 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
