NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 09, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-001654 Div K of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 21st day of July, 2011, AT 2:00 P.M. to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 3, of BRYAN MANOR, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 56, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
