NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-013428-J, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein EGYPT LAKE BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and NATHAN RUBINOV is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 20 day of July, 2011, at 2 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 201 C, Building C, Egypt Lake Beach Club, A Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4916, Page 438, et seq., and as amended , and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, Page 75, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
