NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-032259, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC2 ASSET-BACKED PASS -THROUGH CERTIFICATES (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DARIN CARSON; ROSA CARSON, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 20 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 6, WEST MEADOWS PARCEL “4” PHASES 4 AND 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 86, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
