NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 25, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 29 2010 CA 003538, DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and MOHAMMAD A. AL-MOMANI; FADIA AL-MOMANI; ET. AL. are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 P.M. on the 12 day of July, 2011. By public sale on the prescribed date in room 201/202, in the George Edgecombe building, 2nd floor, 800 east Twiggs street Tampa, FL. 33602 on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
