NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 014917 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P. is the Plaintiff and CENTRAL PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNBELT LENDING SERVICES, INC., STEPHANIE K. KITSEMBLE, STEPHEN KRATZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 405, BUILDING 2, CENTRAL PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2552, PAGE 376, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 30, PAGES 9, 9A THROUGH 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
