NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 000491 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and DENIS MCENERY A/K/A DENIS P. MCENERY, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., VERONICA MCENERY A/K/A VERONICA E. MCENERY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 693, 17TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
