NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 9th day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 017480 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-16 is the Plaintiff and CASPER L LEHMKUHLER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC; STONEYBROOK AT VENICE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNTITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; NAOMI G LEHMKUHLER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14th day of July 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1033, STONEYBROOK AT VENICE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
