The Petition relates to the sale of Real Property located at Granite Lane, Murphy, North Carolina by the Estate of Gary R. Davis.
TAKE NOTICE that you are required to file a written answer to such pleading no later than forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this notice, exclusive of such date. Upon your failure to do so, the Petitioners will apply to the Court for relief sought in the Petition.
