NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 3rd , 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002028 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. ARC POOL I, LLC. is Plaintiff and WILLIAM MCKENNA; UKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM MCKENNA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TIFFANY SANDS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 1st day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 540, TIFFANY SANDS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1299, PAGES 1561 THROUGH 1610, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGE 24, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
