NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 31, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 001260 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and RANDALL B. COURTNEY, a/k/a RANDAL B. COURTNEY and; LINDA L. COURTNEY, his wife; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; MORTGAGE ELECTONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., acting solely as nominee for COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; AUBURN COVES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 5 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9B, AUBURN COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
