TO: any unknown personal representative, spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against the estate of genevieve spain, deceased, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS, TENANTS, OR PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 423 CERROMAR TERRACE #366 IN FARMINGTON VISTAS AT THE PLANTATION,

in regards to the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida:

Condominium Unit 366, Building 29, Farmington Vistas at the Plantation, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1499, Page 1332, as amended from time to time, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 18, Page 28, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a condominium claim of lien has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on SHARON S. VANDER WULP, ESQUIRE, the Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is: 712 Shamrock Blvd., Venice, FL 34293, on or before the 1st day of July, 2011 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
