NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 2, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-019256-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein MERCANTILE BANK is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, DEANNA H. ROSENBERG A/K/A DEANNA HELEN ROSENBERG, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MICHELLE CIKO, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DEANNA H.
