NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action on May 26, 2011, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described in attached Exhibit A at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at 10:00 a.m. on June 30, 2011 in the Jury Assembly Room at the Citrus County Courthouse, 110 North Apopka Avenue, Inverness, Florida 34450, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Lot 33, Block 1353, TWENTY-SIXTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page(s) 3 through 3S, Inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
