RIVERA; DAISY E. PROENZA; MERCEDES BATISTA; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; TENANT #1 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on July 15, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
