and commonly known as: 7137 ORCHID LAKE ROAD, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34653; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on July 25, 2011 at 11am.
