NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of June, 2011 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010297ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and KARLA S. OWENS A/K/A KARLA STETTER OWENS F/K/A KARLA A. STETTER, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPROATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., RICKEY W. OWENS A/K/A RICKEY WAYNE OWENS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the14th day of July, 2011 at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 30.00 FEET AND THE EAST 630.00 FEET THEREOF.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
