NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of June, 2011 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000054WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH R. JAHELKA A/K/A JOSEPH JAHELKA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION DBA DITECH.COM, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH R. JAHELKA A/K/A JOSEPH JAHELKA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of July, 2011 at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 183, REGENCY PARK UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 12-13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
