NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 14, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-006294-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of May 1, 2007 Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BR4, Plaintiff and Tammy Dukes a/k/a Tammy Ariola a/k/a Tammy Clark and Daniel Don Dukes, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on October 13, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 4, PASCO LAKES ESTATES, UNIT 1 AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
