NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment dated June 10, 2011 and entered in Case No. 51 2010 CA 8164 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in Suite 105, Civil Department of the Pasco County Courthouse, 7530 Little Road, through https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com/ at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of July, 2011; the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That portion of the North 220.00 feet of the South 409.00 feet of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 34, Township 24 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida, lying Westerly of the Westerly right-of-way line of U.S. Hwy No. 19, Less and Except the Westerly 41.00 feet for road right-of-way and also Less and Except the South 13 feet thereof.
“Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.”
