CULLEY; COURT OF PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 13th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NUMBER A-6 OF COURT OF PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1290, PAGES 1854 THROUGH 1905, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1290, PAGE 1908, AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
