NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 14, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007007 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and TADEUSZ K. PLUC A/K/A TAD PLUC; ANNA PLUC; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; ARTESIA NAPLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 13 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
