notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11 2009 CA 009376 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche National Bank Trust Company as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2007-3 Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and Wilson Hoyos, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Brokers Conduit, South Seas Northwest Condominium Apartments of Marco Island, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 13 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 504, TOWER NUMBER 1 OF SOUTHSEAS NORTHWEST CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 889, AT PAGE 1634, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
