Notice is hereby given pursuant to a ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO RESET DATE entered on June 15, 2011, in Case No. 07-2187-CA, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 13 day of July, 2011, beginning at 11:00 AM, to the highest bidder for cash at THE FIRST FLOOR ATRIUM of the COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRIAL EAST, NAPLES,FL 34112, the following described property lying and situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 1, WILSHIRE LAKES PHASE TWO-A, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 48 and 49, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. the clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be assessed as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
