Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2011, and entered in 09-CA-8444 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein bank united, FSB, is the Plaintiff and lorenzo jenkins are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 1st Floor, Atrium, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on July 13, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 48, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 83, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
