NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 0901599CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-HY11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HY11, Plaintiff, and, MARIA E. GAMBOA AKA MARIA ELENA GAMBOa, et. al, are Defendants, The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on July 13, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes for the following describe property:
THE NORTH 82.5 FEET TO THE SOUTH 247.5 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF TRACT 21, NAPLES FARM SITES, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LESS THE WEST 30 FEET RESERVED FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 34.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
