Gartner are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on June 10, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1855, REGENCY PARK, UNIT TWELVE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 7 THROUGH 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
