Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14, 2010, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-007108WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 10th day of June, 2011, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
A PORTION OF LOT 28, GOLDEN ACRES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 82 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 28; THENCE S. 33 88' 31” E. ALONG SAID EASTERLY LINE OF LOT 28, A DISTANCE OF 374.75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE S. 33 38'31” E. ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF LOT 28, A DISTANCE OF 374.75 FEET TO A POINT OF CURVATURE; THENCE 114.78 ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, HAVING A RADIUS OF 1150.02 FEET, A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 05 43' 07” AND A CHORD OF 114.73 FEET, BEARING S. 36º 30'O5”E; THENCE S. 52 23' 38” W., 488.09 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 28; THENCE N. 00 39' 56” E. ALONG SAID WEST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 201.33 FEET; THENCE N. 52 03' 18” E., 268.32 FEET; THENCE N. 57 47'59” E., 100.20 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER With all of the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
