NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of April, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-10-CA-6804 WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff and MARK RAGAUCKAS, THERESA B. WIGLEY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 10th day of June, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 491, LA VILLA GARDENS - UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 74 AND 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
