LESS THE EASTERN 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN YEAR: 2004, MAKE: MERIT, VIN#: FLHML3F171028087A AND VIN#: FLHML3F171028087B, MANUFACTURED HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. AS SUCH IT IS DEEMED TO BE A FIXTURE AND A PART OF THE REAL ESTATE.
