NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-002863-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Residential Credit Solutions, Inc., Plaintiff and Scott W. Shoemaker and Grace Shoemaker, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on June 22, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 8, MEADOW POINTE, PARCEL 16, UNIT 3A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
