Book 1092, Page 1777, and all exhibits and amendments thereof and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 19, Page 51, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on June 9, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
