Notice OF SALE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-9547 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein RBC (USA) BANK is the Plaintiff and PAUL H. SWEENEY, et al are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on June 9, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the Collier County Courthouse, Atrium 1st Floor Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, for the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Parcel 1: Units 113 and 114, Metro Park West, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 1132, Page 2231 and subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Tax ID# 59730520005 (As to Unit 113) and 59730560007 (As to Unit 14);
Unit No. 801 of Radio Road Commercial Park, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 2738, Pages 1216 through 1278, inclusive, and as subsequently amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Tax ID# 69016900180.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
