notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 10, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-9882-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein REGENT BANK, Successor in interest to PHIL VON KAHLE, as Assignee of SMART MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and ARTHUR E. PERKINS, III and KATHY PERKINS, are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the courthouse located at 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor Atrium, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on the 9th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Tract 55, Section 30, a Five Acre Tract, 300 feet by 660 feet located in Naples, Collier County Florida. Also, described as the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 30, Township 49 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida.
